Spreading his art in Lisbon, Hugo creates happy characters and stories with pens, brushes and bright colors. When he’s not busy painting and trying new techniques, he enjoys the beauty of simple little things: a glass of good wine, a coffee or an evening with friends. Meet an artist inspired by Luke Skywalker and Pablo Picasso – Hugo Lucas!

I think George Lucas could be a good choice.
Where are you based?

Well… First of all I think everyone should draw their own conclusions when looking at my work. But I would say that being an illustrator or urban artist, my art is fun and inspired by a universe where reality and imagination are in constant symbiosis
